An immersive exhibition is an experiential format that envelops visitors in a 360-degree environment using projections, LED walls, spatialized audio and interactive technologies. Unlike a traditional exhibition, the audience does not observe the works from the outside — they physically enter the artwork, living a multisensory experience.
What is an immersive room?
An immersive room is an enclosed space engineered to project digital content across every surface — walls, floor and ceiling — generating a fully immersive environment. It can be permanent (museums, showrooms) or temporary (events, trade fairs). Sublime Tecnologico designs bespoke immersive rooms with multi-projection, LED walls and interactive systems.
How much does an immersive exhibition cost?
The cost of an immersive exhibition depends on the size of the venue, the chosen technology (projection vs LED wall), the complexity of the content and the duration of the installation. Every project is bespoke. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
How long does it take to produce an immersive experience?
Timelines range from 4 to 16 weeks depending on complexity. An immersive room for an event may require 4 to 6 weeks, while a touring immersive exhibition with complex CGI content can take 3 to 4 months of production.
What is the difference between an immersive exhibition and an immersive room?
An immersive exhibition is a complete multi-room narrative journey. An immersive room is a single 360° environment with enveloping projections. We design both formats, including combined solutions.
Do visitors need any technical skills?
No. Our installations are designed to be enjoyed by any audience, with no wearable devices or complex instructions. The experience is intuitive and accessible to all ages.
